Saturday’s Senior Session

We had a couple of kids out on Saturday for some portraits. They have actually graduated, so this was not a REAL Senior Session. But, got a few good images for the portfolio. But first, I have to share this image of yours truly. I learned on Saturday that you should never, ever, let your assistant be holding a camera while you are trying to demonstrate what you want to a senior. Especially if that assistant really, really, owes you several shots as payback for what you have done to her.  Paybacks are heck.

April 4th Wedding

We had a beautiful bride and wonderful groom yesterday for our first April wedding this year. We were in Lee’s Summit, Mo. for the wedding and Grandview, Mo. for the reception. I got to use my new camera yesterday for the first time on a wedding, and I must say that I am totally impressed with this tool. It was really fun to get to work with these great people. As we were leaving we talked to the Bride and Groom about doing a Trash the Dress session. She wants to do it, so watch for my first TTD session coming soon. Meanwhile, enjoy a few images from Rachelle and Mark’s beautiful day.
