WooHoo. I am halfway to my weight loss goal. At weigh in yesterday I have lost 50.8 pounds. I had been stuck in a rut at about 47 pounds for several weeks, so I had to really buckle down this week and pay attention to what I was eating. Now comes the hard work. Have to start exercising more and really watching what I eat. It should be a little easier taking this off. After all, it was no problem putting it on. Stay tuned for further updates ;-).
